Located on John Wayne Drive in Winterset, you are blocks away from the historic, bustling courthouse square filled with unique boutiques and restaurants, plus coffee shops, public artworks, the Iowa Theater, Iowa Quilt Museum, John Wayne Birthplace & Museum, and the Madison County Welcome Center.

Be sure to visit all six of Madison County's world-famous covered bridges, plus Covered Bridges Winery, Madison County Winery, the George Stout Storybook, Winterset City Park, Pammel Park, and many other area attractions. There's so much to see, do, and experience in Madison County - you may need to stay with us for several nights!

The Bungalow in Winterset features king and queen beds downstairs, a queen and two twin beds upstairs. Relax in the living room, enjoy a meal in the dining room, and make a special coffee or tea at the coffee bar. The shaded front porch is the perfect place to greet the morning or wind down your day with a glass of wine on the patio table or a quiet sway on the porch swing.
